These terms are the agreement between you and Mojoway Spectrum Limited ("we", "us") for your use of PlainCare at lab.mojowaylife.com and its applications. By using PlainCare you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. What PlainCare is

PlainCare reads the lab values you give it and explains, in plain language, what those values usually mean, what commonly causes them to be out of range, and what people typically do next. Explanations are generated by AI and written for a general reader.

PlainCare is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Nothing you read in PlainCare is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history. Never delay seeking medical advice, and never stop or change a prescribed treatment, because of something you read here. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

2. AI-generated content

Every explanation in PlainCare is produced by an AI model. It is not written or reviewed by a clinician before you see it. AI can be wrong, can miss context that matters, and can produce a confident-sounding statement that does not apply to you. Treat every explanation as a starting point for a conversation with your doctor, not as a conclusion. Our articles and the interpretation text are labelled as AI-generated for this reason.

3. Who may use PlainCare

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlainCare. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information and to use the service only for yourself or for someone who has authorised you to handle their data.

4. Your data

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can delete your data at any time from the app footer ("Delete my data"). Uploaded photos are deleted within seconds of text extraction; we do not keep the image.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Payments on our website are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown to you at the time of purchase, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing support@mojowaylife.com. If you subscribed inside the PlainCare app, cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — a 7-day money-back guarantee on new purchases.
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which we do not control and cannot refund.
If a price changes for an existing subscription, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload lab reports belonging to someone who has not authorised you to do so;
use PlainCare to provide medical care to others, or present its output as a clinical opinion;
attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
resell, rebrand, or redistribute PlainCare's output as your own product or service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

7. Our content

The PlainCare name, design, text, code and article library belong to Mojoway Spectrum Limited. You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote a short extract with a link back to the page. Anything else needs our written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep PlainCare available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or retire features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date at the top; continuing to use PlainCare after that means you accept the new version.

9. Limits of our responsibility

PlainCare is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for health decisions you make after reading an explanation, for any inaccuracy in AI-generated content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong SAR, China.
