5. How long we keep data

Under the CCPA: you may ask what we collect, delete it, and opt out of "sales" — we do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of.

How to delete your data right now: open PlainCare → footer → “Delete my data” → confirm. This permanently deletes your reports, session records, consent record, and email (if you gave one). Or email brian@mojowaylife.com and we will delete everything within 7 days and confirm to you. Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by the App Store or Google Play; subscriptions bought on our website are managed from your account page.

7. Children

PlainCare is for people 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used PlainCare, contact us and we will delete their data immediately.

8. Apple App Privacy

Sign in with Apple: when you sign in, Apple verifies your identity and gives us an opaque user identifier. Your name and email are shared with us only if you choose to share them in the Apple prompt. Apple's "Hide My Email" (private relay) is fully supported. We never receive or store your Apple password.

In the App Store, PlainCare's privacy label reflects: Health & Fitness data (lab results text) used for App Functionality, linked to you only if you subscribe; Contact Info (email) used for App Functionality and communications, only if you provide it; no tracking, no advertising, no third-party data sharing beyond the processors listed in section 4.

9. Security & transfers

All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Servers are access-controlled. Data may be processed on servers in the United States, Hong Kong, and mainland China by our named processors, with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
